The Raw Food Diet includes fruit, vegtables, cheese and meat. And run 5 miles everyday. I'm 5'2 and I weigh 150 pounds.

You will most likely loose 2-3 pounds per week if you limit your calories by eating 100% raw foods, with a big emphasis on raw fruits and vegetables.
