1. Breakfast: grapes, strawberries, cantaloupe slices, honey dew slices, watermelon slices, and banana slices.
2. Lunch: romaine, ice burg, spinach, grape tomatoes, salad. With ginger or ranch salad dressing.
3. Mid day snack: Oven roasted almonds, vanilla bean.
4. Stir fry vegetables with rice noodles. Really quick, and easy to make. It's a lot healthier than eating "Top Ramen." |||Breakfast : Fruit and a smoothie. You can also have a cup of warm herbal tea if you have a dehydrator.
Lunch: Soup. Again this usually requires a dehydrator.
Dinner: A proper meal, such as walnut and carrot burgers - there's a recipe here (and some soup recipes on the same site): http://www.rawfoodconfidential.com/walnut-carrot-burgers/
The biggest challenge in going raw is finding ideas for recipes, but if you look around there are plenty available. Most raw foodies end up eating a much more varied diet than people who eat cook meals!
