I want to sart eating ALOT of raw foods (vegetables & fruits), but the thing is, everytime i eat vegetables it makes me want to vomit, why is this? I can't even eat one carrot withou feeling sick?

I am assuming Your previous diet/style of eating/lifestyle wasn't to pure;-)
It is possible that there are some digestion problems because of accumulated ..who knows what;-)-mucus, parasites..;-)
My advice is : go to the heath food store and buy some nice good probiotics which will help to build your digestion track back. It is necessary. It is like cleaning the overloaded closet and starting all over again with sorting your wardrobe nicely;-)
Second is : Most of the people have some weird reaction to raw foods, because they ARE NOT USED TO EATING RAW FOODS, and on the other side they don't chew enough. We are used to SOFT =boiled/cooked out of a fiber foods that don't need an effort to digest. Also- the chewing is a meditative state which will calm u.What I advise is either juicing your veggies/fruits or blending them ( which will keep the fiber in:buy a blender and "prechew"the meal:the base could be a good/spring water ( not tap!) or young coconut water-->2 cups, add some fruits;blueberries,peach,pear and put a hand full of greens or more! Blend it , add some lemon and enjoy.

Um.... why on earth would it make you want to vomit???

Maybe try organic veggies. You could be sensitive to chemicals.|||try different kind of vegetables. try avocado, mango, grapes strawberries, apple, banana.
make a smoothie.
try hummus as a dip with cruditee
make juices.
|||You will get use to it.
Before I was a meat eater & hate vegetables.
Now I am vegetarian and eat lots of grains, fruits, and vegetables (yes, raw, too.)|||try to combine vegetables with something. i don't know, find some recipes... mix them with something... maybe this helps. |||Don't eat raw potato and if you do, just a small quantity. It's not good to eat too much raw potato. |||You should speak with your doctor. It could be a digestive problem.
