well i wanna start eating vegan.. but i first wanna start off by doing a raw food diet .. i need some links 2 meal raw food diet plans, and vegan diet plans... thanks..theres so many results idk where 2 start so anything would help :)|||Be careful not to overwhelm yourself by jumping into vegan however if you know you're strong enough, more power to you.

Make sure you maintain a healthy protein level in your diet because that is easily forgotten in a vegan diet.
Consider a multivitamin also, they have many for vegetarians because the lack of vitamins you receive from the diet.|||Good for you!! I just started going vegan...though I do have a weakness for seafood. Make sure you also add our protein (beans) and whole grains. Here are some good ideas I got after I had my baby.|||Did you take the 30 day plede to go Veg?
