I don't really eat a lot of meat already, but I was wondering if I eat only raw foods how much weight couldi lose in a week? They also seem pretty high in calories though... even though it is "raw"|||get a "raw foods diet" book at a local health food store. it will give you all the facts you need!
and yes... you can lose weight!|||There are more tips and info.
