i'm starting a raw food life style and im having a hard time with what i can and cant eat can someone who lies this life style please help. i've found info but some of it is contradicting its self
can i eat ; eggs, any processed food, trail mix, yogurt, cheese bread ETC...
want to be able to improve my heath and get to a better weight any info you can give me would be greatly appreciated|||No raw food mean fruit, veggies, and nuts. None of these can be cooked at all, it fresh, its raw, and not processed, or from an animal. good luck though I know people who eat only and raw diet and they feel great and look great but it does take work and first and then you wont crave other foods anymore.|||Raw food health can be a little confusing. Should you eat only plant food or experiment with raw animal foods?
I have done both and to be honest I like both raw plant and animal foods. I find that raw animal foods are way more grounding and great for endurance, but plant foods are also needed for important vitamins and minerals.
Learn about raw foods and then you decide what may be best for your body.
