So Iv suffered from acne since I was 10. The worse is the under the skin deep purple acne on the chin mostly. I also had back acne as well. Iv got dairy out and that reduced my acne greatly.I have NO back acne at all for the first time in 8 years. The past 2 weeks I have been working on eating only organic or raw foods.
My acne was doing the best Iv ever seen than about 4 days ago I ate baked salmon. I now have flare ups and Im wondering if its from salmon. Im going back to the no meat only veggies /fruits and larabars and oatmeal as well. How long did it take for your guys acne to clear up if anyone els has done this diet?|||your already on the right path, all I would suggest is try using jojoba oil on your face and skin. This will unclog your pores and keep the oil your body produces from flaring up and causing a pimple. I use it and does wonders for my skin, the fatty acids are easily absorb by the skin because it's very similar to what are sebum glands produce but because of the fatty acids jojoba oil contains it works to unclog the pores and moisturize the skin. I also just read that using coconut oil for cooking and face is very good for the skin but I have not tried it, but google jojoba oil and read up on it, it's not expensive but you will find it cheaper on lucky vitamin .com this is were I order mine from 16oz NOW brand jojoba oil. hope this info can help you.
one last thing eating raw is very good and my I suggest also juicing some of your veggies, I do and it's easy to see the difference in my skin, I juice carrots, onions, beets, lemon, spinach, red cabbage.|||I have found a very good article "Is Organic Food Really No Better Than Other Foods?"
