I eat a diet primarily of raw fruits and vegetables and I work out 4-6 times a week. I know the raw foods aren't helping out my muscle development that much and was curious what some of the prime foods for this situation would be.|||well fruits contain very important vitamins but if you get past a certain daily amount, it's just added sugar. i recommend 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight for muscle-sparing. and space it out because even though your small intestine is 24 feet long, it still can only absorb so much at a time.
