Raw vegans...how do you calculate your percentage of raw food intake? Is it based on calories of raw foods, or amounts? For instance, if I eat 2000 calories and 1500 calories were from raw sources, would that make a 75% raw diet? Or is the percentage based on something else?|||I'm most likely wrong, but wouldn't the percentage of raw food intake be...how much actual Raw food you consume daily as opposed to caloric intake from raw sources? I would expect it to be so, but I won't make assumptions.|||I am 80-90 percent raw. I come to that percentage based on the only un-raw things i eat are raisins and pro-bars (really good by the way, great for busy college students). I don't eat raisins every day so on those day i say i'm 90%. However does it really matter what percent you are?
Pro-bars are 70% raw. Lara bars are pretty good too at 90% raw.
Im new to the raw lifestyle so im just learning as i go.
