to optimal health?

Do you think our propensity for making cooked and processed foods so big a part of our diet is why we are having so many degenerative disease and they are striking at younger and younger ages?

Could the amounts of raw foods even small amounts be what will eventually keep us from total annihilation when we reach our equivalency of 4 generations which is said to be 100 years.

You Can Live To Be 100
I solemnly stand before you and say that because hundreds of thousands of people have lived and are living to be more than a 100 years of age, you can too.
Do you have the will, the determination, the strength of character to achieve this inherent right of every human being? Of course, I am fully aware of the fact that you did not gain sufficient knowledge early enough in life but nevertheless, you can as of this day begin to improve your health and add to your years by following the principles as outlined here in this volume.

It is my firm conviction that if we were to return to our Garden of Eden, and I know there are many such paradises throughout the word, and were to live in accordance with the principles of that Garden of Eden, we could even exceed their long years of life.

There is little room to doubt that if we were to follow the ways of living that were followed in those sublime days - - eating only of vegetables, grains, nuts and fruit without heating or processing - - we could have the long years of life achieved then.

DEAD OR ALIVE
Life begets life, and death begets I don't know what.

In simple parlance, I'm trying to say that if you want to be alive, healthy and well and full of energy, then it is essential that you guard your health, and above all - - eat living food.

How can dead food give you life and energy?
What do I mean by dead food ? Well, let's check into the average morning meal.

Your beverage has been boiled or cooked, and it is as dead as a doornail. The white sugar that you use was dead before it ever came into your home. The cream or milk that you use in your Coffee, if it isn't already dead, is dying because of the pasteurization process it was put through. The same applies to your butter or margarine which is even worse.

So you have some toast made out of dead bread, and of course, the toasting process only helps to cremate it. Then you might have some jam or jelly ( boiled and sterilized so that not a spark of life remains). Who knows - - you may even have a breakfast of eggs and bacon cooked to a frazzle so that not one living enzyme or micro-organism remains alive.

But perhaps you're different! You may have had some cereal - - maybe oatmeal, wheaties or wheatlets or the stuff shot out of cannons, or maybe crispies or crunchies - - all of which hasn't contained a bit of life since it was emasculated in the processor's factory.

So far, fella - - if you have eaten any one or many of these - - you haven't put one bit of living, decent food into your mouth or stomach.

If you think you can find health and long life in eating these dead foods - - which, incidentally is the diet of most Canadians and Americans - - then you are badly mistaken, That is why our doctors and other healers are so busy.

That is why the pharmacists are busier than the one - armed paper hanger.
That is why the drug houses are making millions and millions.
That is why hospitals are unable to handle the traffic.

You don't believe me ? Well, you will, if you are lucky enough to survive long enough !

This question relates to a subject I have been researching off and on for some time now.
And I think it's an important subject that needs more discussion. This information came from one of my old treasure ,that I have been bless to have in my medical library.|||great answer. I voted for you as I missed picking a best.

|||Processed/fast/frozen foods as well as chemical additives and preservatives are causing chronic illness, along with toxic substances/foreign DNA in vaccines, prescription medications, and chemical pesticides and pollution.
Commercial dog food has shortened life expectancies from 16 to 12 years. But hey, the vets are making a killing treating Fido and Fifi for bladder stones, periodontal disease, pancreatitis, diabetes, and allergies, cancer, lymphoma, leukemia, etc. Cortisone and antibiotic sales have never been better.
What would happen to all the profits if there was a sudden outbreak of wellness?
If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the problem.
