I want to start a small, virtual business about how to take control of your health by eating raw foods, with an emphasis on raw animal foods like ceviche, tartar and other more exotic items. My concern is about liability. I will be recommending that people eat foods in a state that mainstream medicine and science say are risky to one's health. I, of course don't agree with that, I've been eating these foods daily for over 3 years, the odds would have to be very great in my favor if they were as risky as they say. That is beside the point, basically I want to know how to keep myself from being liable for people who choose to follow my advice. This is my passion and I do it right now for free anyway, so why can't I charge for it?

Thanks!|||You should have a good business liability policy in place and you should have an attorney draft a disclaimer that you attach to each piece of advice you give out.
