Breakfast:
1/2 cup of oats made with water
Handful of blueberries and strawberries
1 tsp of cinnamon
Snack:
Handful of raw almonds
Lunch:
1 cup of black beans
Bowl of broccoli and carrots
Snack:
apple and peach
Dinner:
Salad with tuna, sprinke of pepita seeds, and balsamic vinegrette and olive oil
Also will I lose weight eating foods like this?
I jogged outside for 15 minutes, did the boflex tredclimber for 30 minutes, and stretched for 20 minutes|||Pretty much.
The black beans shouldn't be eaten raw anyways- they can contain toxic compounds only eradicated by cooking. All fruits and veggies are raw, oats, spices, and seeds are too. Olive Oil can be raw if extra virgin. The vinaigrette, however, is not, neither is the tuna.
However, you WILL loose weight eating foods like this, because it is a whole foods, low calorie diet. Especially with exercise. Best of luck!
