I am going on the raw foods diet.
Does anyone know a menu plan for one, preferably for 7 days|||Go onto youtube and type in Raw for diet or raw food menu for beginners.

You will get much more help in a visual way than I think you may get here.

Good Luck|||Unprocessed, preferably organic, whole foods such as:
Fresh fruits and vegetables
Nuts
Seeds
Beans
Grains
Legumes
Dried fruit
Seaweed
Unprocessed organic or natural foods
Freshly juiced fruit and vegetables
Purified water
Young coconut milk
At least 75% of food consumed should not be heated over 116 degrees F


Breakfast
Fresh fruit, coconut water, flax meal (banana, apple, flax seed, almond milk and cinnamon) topped with germinated nuts.

Lunch
Smoothie made of super foods, spinach and herbal tea, wheatgrass, home-made sunflower seed cheese or pate on cucumber, coleslaw with avocado.

Dinner
Avocado/carrot soup, tai lettuce wraps, green juice .

Drinks
Pure water, fresh juices, smoothies, coconut water, almond milk.
