I'm interested to know more from people who have tried this diet for health reasons or otherwise, especially regarding how easy or hard it was/is to stick to. I know some people follow it as a lifestyle choice and this is of particular interest to me. Do you get bored or crave other foods ever? Does it satisfy you? Do you feel more energetic?|||i eat raw veggies, fruits. BUT sometimes you can't get all the minerals you need doing that.

steaming them properly will unlock minerals and vitamins that raw doesn't unlock.

read up on your veggies and fruits about consumption and preparation.

raw more or less is for the fiber, crude materials.

They are still there but they are dorment. Therefore we cannot digest raw foods properly, making this type of diet at best uselss, at worst dangerous.|||um um um um urrr you need to eat meat urrek and other thing my cousin urrrk went on a all fruit diet and he is very skinny and e looks very urrrrk unwell|||I'm trying it for two weeks during lent (vegan the rest of the time) . vegweb.com has a lot of recipies and advice!|||I don't believe in "fad" dieting. I kep fit and healthy by eating what I want, but in modeation. For example, I only eat fried foods every few months, but fruit and chocalate every day. Dieting is only good, for as long as you are dieting, when you stop, you pile the pounds back on.|||Man that was one very bad experience for me...
I got food poisoning and almost died from it...
I had a fever so high I should have been dead....
I was hallucinating something fierce all the time - could not tell reality from fantasy at all...
It was really bad - so I cook everything I eat just about now...|||I hear it can give you terrible indigestion as your body isn't used to breaking down everything you eat like it has to when you're eating raw veg all day.

Moderation in everything is by far the best way to stay thin and healthy.
