If you are 80% raw or 70% raw or something what kind of cooked food do you eat? I'm trying to be 75% raw and for cooked foods I have:
roasted peanuts
cooked lentils with a poached egg
hot coco made with milk, but no sugar
Boiled red potatoes, cooled (then mixed with raw leeks)
baked squash ( can't stand it raw yet)
I pick these food because I crave them. I'm normally a lacto-ovo veggie.
Are these good choices? what kind of choices would be best for cooked meals? I don't plan on going 100 percent raw anytime soon. I might cut out eggs and milk, but I just miss them sooooo much whenever I try that and it's hard enough to stop cooking most things.
Also I can't eat tree-nuts.
|||The lentils are a great idea. They are rich and good for you.
Potato and squash as well.
I bake my squash with a bid of brown sugar on the meat. Then mash with a bit of butter and add some cinnamon to it. is heavenly.
