I am doing a Science Fair Project and need to know the top three dog foods on the market. I already have B.A.R.F (Biologically Appropriate Raw Food) listed as one of them.|||Top 3 dog foods on the market, as measured in annual sales, or quality of the ingredients?|||never heard of B.A.R.F sounds like barf lol but anyways I'd say Wellness, Blue Buffalo, Pure Gold, and Halo you can find them all at Petco in the dog food section they are a bight pricy but you can just buy the small bags and a factor in your science fair project might be that all those foods I listed come in different flavors so try and get the same kind of flavor or like the main meat in all of the should be chicken or lamb or w/e anyway goodluck on your science fair I kust finished mine and I hope your paper work doesent get held up because it has to do with animals!|||This should be added to your science fair project, this information needs to be taught to as many people as possible.
Please read your pet food labels, including treats. IF you see the following: Meat, Meat Meal, or By-products (of any kind) please do not feed this to your pets. The food contains what is called the 4 D’s, which means; Dead, Dying, Diseased, Decayed meat.
This meat is called “rendered” meat. I highly recommend you look it up on the net. This meat is anything that ever breathed. It is euthanized cats and dogs from vet clinics and shelters, oh and btw, they don’t remove their collars or the plastic bags their bodies come in. Don’t forget, these remains also have various chemicals in them. Those pets may have been on chemo or hormones, or who knows what else.
The meat also comes from other sources, like dead zoo animals, road kill, and dead farm animals any meat that humans cannot consume, also feces is included. This food is also filled with tons of chemicals to preserve the rot, and also to cover up the death in the food.
Many pet owners think their pets are a just picky eater that is far from the truth. They know the food is rancid. Also many of our pets have food allergies, and that is because of the horrible food it is being fed. Changing the food can stop the allergies in most cases. Sure, you will pay a bit more for better dog foods, but you will save on vet bills and save your pets life. It is possible to extend their life by 50%. So understand, food can be medicine, or food can be poison.
Be aware of pet foods that are made by companies that also make human food, they are the worst abusers of rendered pet food. In case you didn’t know, American pet food is illegal to sell in Europe because of how horrible it is, and companies in this country make special good blends for the European pets to make it legal and give the American pets the deadly rendered pet food.
Don’t be fooled by the cute commercials on TV either, those foods are THE worst to give your animals. If you wouldn’t eat it, why would you expect your pet to? I highly recommend either Wellness brand, or Holistic. Both are found in pet stores, or you can order it online from places like Petco, etc.
Please learn about rendered pet foods and pass the word on to friends and family. I know you love your pets, so show them how much by going now and reading the labels on the food and treats you are feeding them. Then, get to a pet store and buy healthy food.
I know this is a lot to read, but I love animals and only want the best for them and I am sure you do too.
Thanks.|||Do you need the most commercially available ones, or the best ones in terms of quality? I only ask because they're polar opposites.
ETA: In that case, probably Iams, Pedigree, and Purina.

I'd say something along the lines of Purina One, Dog Chow(from Purina), and...eh, Ol' Roy.|||Purina, IAMS, Pedigree, Ol'Roy, Alpo, Kibbles 'N Bits..... all the junk found in the supermarket.|||I would have to say... Evo (including innova), orijen, and taste of the wild
Thats if you mean healthiest dog foods on the market|||Orijen/Acana
Nature's Variety
Wellness|||I think iams might be but blue is the healthiest so im not sure.
