I really want to go on the raw foods diet. I've heard so many good things. That and all the recipes look cool in general!
When I told my dermatologist he even sugested it may be a good idea seeing how my acne doesnt seem to be getting any better.Anyways! I bought a deyhydrator,I have an old juicer etc. Nuts costs so much money, and I know many of the recipes call for nuts. I'm planning to be on it for 1-2 weeks (at first at least). Even my dad was thinking about going on it. With 2 people; how much should I buy and generally which are the main nuts to go for? Is it ok if I still drink store bought soy milk instead of making it? What about store bought Natural Peanut Butter (nuts and salt)? Will little things like that make any difference?How is it possible I dont have to worry about calorie counting with this even with the high cals you find in nuts and dried fruit? What are the foods to go easy on? One site says go forth and eat, another says to not over do nuts, avocados, fruit.|||check this site it has all the info u need like detox is it waste of time ,about fibre, spinach, tomatoes etc
u are on the right path for a healthy lifestyle|||just make sure you watch the portion sizes of your foods..it wont make any difference to your health if you dont check the size of your meals,no matter what you eat..|||I eat lots of avocado & nuts! If you're worried about gaining weight or anything like that, just don't overdo it. I definitely don't overdo fruit... I gain so much from sugar.
