i make this and eat it often ,i container ,cherry tomatoes.
1 cucumber diced
2 green onion finly chopped
1 green pepper diced
1 small bunch broccli diced
2 carrots diced
2 celery diced
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 pepper
1 small bunch radishes diced
then cover it all in ranch dressing and let it set for about 2 hrs in fridge,
better the longer it sets ,
if theres anything you like to add just toss it in this is good stuff|||sushi with raw fish n salad with raw vegetables|||Raw Food: Lemon Pudding (Banana Base):

1 banana
1/2 tablespoon honey or agave nectar
1-2 tablespoon unsweetened flaked coconut
2 tablespoons lemon juice (from about 1/2 of a small lemon)
1/2 tablespoon olive oil (optional) or coconut oil (optional)
1. Mash the banana with a fork.
2. Mix in the rest of the ingredients with a spoon.
3. Alternatively, process all ingredients in a food processor until mixed.
4. Note: Some people use pitted mejool dates instead of honey or another sweetener. I prefer a liquid sweetener, since the dates don't give a very smooth texture in the final product. If you want to use dates, one should be enough in this recipe.|||Steak Tartare

I can't think of a raw meat that hasn't been processed in some way apart from salted

Lettuce
Celery
Tomatoes
Onions
Fruits
