HOW LONG DID YOU STAY ON THE DIET?|||If you mean uncooked foods, that is dumb. Meat needs to be cooked, unless you live in alaska and part of an inuit tribe you shouldnt eat raw flesh.

If you mean anything unpackaged or not man-made, like eggse, fruit, veggies, meat. I've been doing it for almost a year. Since i turned 20.

What keeps me motivated is my body and how much it has changed inside and out.I was 195 - 6'2'' w/o an ounce of muscle, flabby and gross, i was probably at 20-25% body fat. Now i'm 185 with 10% body fat. I have a 6 pack now, i am in great shape, i can run a mile in less than 7 minutes easily, and can run 5 miles w/o quitting.

I got started because i was unhappy w/ my body and wanted a change. I started working out. Then i stopped eating junk-food and pop. Then i cut down on the alcohol, went a whole summer w/o drinking once(compared to 5 times a week) Then i started eating things that i thought were healthy or advertised as healthy. Then i read up, got knowledgable and found the best diet isn't a diet. it's eating thing we are supposed to eat. Which mean nothing from a package.Most of my diet consists of vegetables and fruits - to be honest i am saving money. There are exceptions, i eat Organic bread and cereal, organic milk, organic yogurt and cottage cheese. The only things packaged i eat are organic because that is the only thing i know that doesnt contain antibiotics, artificial sweeteners and junk we are not supposed to eat. The organic is more expensive, but i only go through the things i listed once a week.

I feel better. I am happier. My schooling is better. My sex life went through the roof (both girls being attracted to me and my ability to last way longer) I have energy.

Yeah the first couple months were difficult because of cravings, but after that i sort of pity people who don't know what they are eating and how they are hurting themselves(kind of hypocritical, since i smoke - BUT I'M QUITTING! so don't worry)Trust me when you get into it you will not regret it.|||There is something called the "Hallelujah" diet that consists of 85% raw and 15% cooked...I don't buy into it, but whatever floats your boat!|||Raw foods consist of apples, bananas and just about anything NOT cooked.|||raw foods? i eat raw fruits [definetly not boiled] and sushi. i love sushi! everybody says they are delicous!|||i eat a dozen raw eggs a day yummy|||only raw fruits. im a vegan so no raw meat. but raw meat weights more then cooked meat so i dont no why people go on a gross raw food diet. yuck!
