any salad with no fattening dressing is great.|||any fruit/veg with negative calories like apples, oranges,Tomatoes ect|||I personally can't stand raw foods. The only raw foods I'll touch are vegetables.|||fruits, veggies, salads with low fat, boiled eggs, spinach, nuts, that type of thing.|||All whole raw foods are great for a healthy diet. Be careful with the dipps though. That's where the fat comes in.|||Eat things that are rich in nutrition, but low in density. Salads with a minimum of dressing. If you make salads with flavorful ingredients you'll find them enjoyable- that means find good tomatoes that smell like tomatoes. Use assorted greens, not iceberg lettuce. Add some sliced almonds, raisins, thinly sliced onions, pistachios, cooked and rinsed beans or chickpeas. Drizzle with good extra-virgin olive oil- just a little- you don't want the salad drowing in it. Sprinkle some good vinegar on it. Salt and fresh pepper, toss, and there you are.

Bannanas are a great snack food- sweet, filling, and not too caloric. Apples, too.|||I'm not much on fruits but instead eat lots of veggies. My almost daily salads are usually made up of iceberg lettuce, chopped carrots, chopped yellow (sweet) onions and diced tomatoes all topped with a nice tasty salad dressing, sliced almonds and maybe a few croutons.
