any one of those diets can be either the healthiest or the worst - it all depends on how you work it.
the choice between each diet should come from personal beliefs - after you decide which one is best for you, research those particular foods and create balanced meals for yourself. it takes a little practice at first, but eventually it becomes second nature.
each one can be equally balanced and preservative-free (organic foods can be eaten under all diets)|||Man is an omnivore (eats meat and vegetables). A vegan or even a vegetarian diet is likely to be missing some essential nutrients. Raw what? I would not recommend raw chicken or pork! Raw vegetarian food? Same comments as above.
Vegan, vegetarian or raw food has nothing to do with preservatives or being organic.
Eat a well balanced diet, meat, fish, vegetables, fruit. Don't concentrate on one to the exclusion of others.|||raw but only like fruits/vegetable's not raw meat that might kill u|||the healthiest diet includes eating meat.
i strongly advise you against a long term diet of only raw food.|||Well raw is the healthiest containing the least chemical preservatives, artificial ingredients, or hormones. It is also the most restrictive of the elective diet options. It is a great way to get all the vitamins, minerals, and fiber a person could ever want. I found the raw option to be very isolating. I couldn't really eat out with my friends unless I got a boring salad, and I couldn't go over to a friends house for a meal because nobody knows what to serve a raw foodist. I did it for a couple weeks and lost my enthusiasm. I felt great! My skin was clear, hair soft, digestive tract moved smoothly, high energy, slept great, but I couldn't go out for a whole day without packing a lunch. It got really hard. Vegan with at least one raw meal a day is where I live today. It feels just as good, but is much more realistic. Good luck!|||Have a look here.|||A diet of raw foods only would not be substantial.
Vegetarians eat eggs, cheese and dairy which may contain preservatives.
A vegan diet, including some raw vegetables would be the healthiest.
Meat contains the most preservatives so if you are considering becoming a vegetarian or vegan it is a healthy choice.|||Depends on the person, we are not all the same.
