I think raw food is usually the best, although some vegetables such as cabbage and broccoli should be slightly cooked. I love raw fish of all kinds and even eat raw meat( beef, mutton and deer meat) or at least extra rare, and, contrary to popular belief, red meat and poultry can be eaten raw,and in fact is more easy to digest than cooked meat.|||I've never been a fish person, never liked it as a kid, the only seafood I would eat were clams I dug out from my beach at low tide. Funny story because once when I was about twelve one of my friends and I went out and stayed on a little island a few kilometres from my house to "rough it out". We brought food but I also made a fishing rod and caught a single fish while I was there. I cooked it over the fire and couldn't eat it after one bite because it tasted awful and terribly salty. Turns out, it was actually raw on the inside and just crispy on the outside. As far as raw vegetables and fruits go, I love them. I can't get enough fruit, and I love to eat raw potatoes and carrots straight from my garden. Dulse are real popular around here but I can't stomach them, they're basically dried seaweed.|||Raw fish is dangerous to eat because of the risk of contracting diseases and various parasites. I believe in the benefits of a high raw diet (that means that most of what you eat has to be raw), but I'm not convinced that the human diet should be exclusively raw. Boiled and steam vegetables, as well as animal products (dairy, eggs and honey) can add some pretty important benefits to your diet. 100% raw foodism is a wonderful achievement, but i wouldn't say this kind of diet is for everyone. Infants and kids especially require fat from animal sources for adequate brain development, while the elderly may also have a hard time deriving enough calories from exclusively raw foods.|||A raw food diet- the best diet you can eat. Food as it comes from nature, meant to be eaten as is, not cooked, ruined sogggy, destryed. THe way you SHOULD feel is how you feel on a healthy full raw diet. It is so incredible for your body and mental clarity to describe it sounds like religious twaddle, so I won't, I could only be saying this from experience. I wouldn't have knonw how amazing it makes you feel .
A raw vegan diet is basically, all the food that mother nature grows for you. Just for you, a pure gift. It's only us that gets in the way of perfection. We ruin things. If you want to know a secret, not much of a secret- the best and most vibrant you can feel is when you ingest the sources of nutrition that the earth grows just for you- nuts, fruitm berries, veg, plant foods, seedsm grains. All raw. It is o secret really. We're natural, so are those foods, it makes no sense to mess with that if you want to feel 100% brilliant.|||i wouldn't eat raw fish. i would "cook" it with lemon and lime juice.
i've had ceviche in a mexican food restaurant one time.
i've watched lots of raw vegan food videos on youtube. most people can neither afford to eat that way nor have access to enough organic raw food choices. it's probably the healthiest way to eat.|||they're raw..............and, raw.........and should be properly consumed...
