would those things help? to lose weight? how much would i looose in a week? i work out alot, like swim, bike, and shiiiit like that everdayy
im 5'2 120|||eat healthy. don't worry so much about cutting out the bread, but do cut out excessive sweets, soda, stuff like that. snacking on healthy food throughout the day will help keep your metabolism going steady. drink water instead of soda or gatorade type drinks. keep active. dont cut out things entirely, like pizza, cookies or whatnot because you'll crave them all the more and then more likely to overindulge.
diets dont work as well as a lifestyle change. the longer and more consistenly you eat healthy, the more you'll start to dislike unhealthy foods. oh and look out for sodium in "diet" foods. too much salt is bad for you and a lot of diet foods suppliment the fat for salt to keep flavor.|||isn't that what your suppose to weight....go on the internet and check you bmi|||Eat healthy.
That doesn't mean starving or cutting out carbs or any other fad diet. Diets don't work.
Eat healthy, get exercise. If you're not losing weight, talk to your doctor, and they can help.
