thinking of starting this diet, but really need caffeine in my day.|||technically no since coffee is roasted coffee beans. to stick with the true spirit of the diet you would need to chew raw beans which taste like crap.
You should be fine drinking it though. It's not the coffee that makes you fat, its all the sugar and cream people add to it. Just like straight tea, black coffee is mostly water.|||I have not heard of this diet-however, I would think you could have a cup of coffee to start your day.
May I request that instead of this diet you mentioned, please ask your dr. to refer you to a nutritionist, and then ask for the diabietic exchange diet? It's basic, healthy eating based on caloric intake. No, you won't have to count calories (at least not that much if at all) if you follow the diet, based on your height, weight, bone structure, etc. -Hey, it's simple, it's easy, and you won't "starve" on it either-honest!
I wish you the best. Take care. Enjoy your coffee!|||yes.why not?
i already have this diet and i use caffein so easily.dont worry|||Hi,
I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.getgoinfo.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!
