i need some recipes that don't take any time to do, and what foods are the best to loose weight. i need more information about what to do and don麓t|||I don't think there are any recipes to make raw foods. Just don't cook anything. Just eat the fruits and veggies that are locally grown and fresh. You'll need some sort of protein so that would mean legumes and nuts.
