Please explain, if you can.|||It's called macrobiotics, and it's a diet that uses only live foods. So, no cooking, and eating sprouted grains, and other living foods. Variety is the best diet, so if you don't live in a region where you have ample choices for living foods, I wouldn't suggest it. But places like L.A. would be likely to have whole macrobiotic stores.|||We have whole foods here in Ann Arbor, too. But that's probably it for the midwest!

BUT, you must have protein!|||You need protien!
