Some items are enhanced when cooked. Some items are toxic if eaten raw.
There are concerns of salmonella & ecoli poisoning from raw foods but those same concerns can also apply to lettuce, tomatoes, any food that is eaten raw.
If you are interested in a raw food way of eating - I highly recommend raw liver & eggs from grass fed animals, chia seeds, ground flax seeds, raw soaked sunflower seeds as great additions to any way of eating.|||raw foods better, because it have all vitamins inside. in any cooked food some vitamins destroyed in cooking time, so you will much less of them.
please note : natural vitamins is not same as you can buy in any store. in health stores mostly only chemical-made vitamins.|||Raw food is better. Cooking can kill certain nutrients and enzymes.|||well some foods are better to eat raw while other foods are not. so it's a bit of both really.|||Myth
