My boyfriend and I are starting a two-week raw foods diet. Wondering if anyone who is doing or has done something similar might have any tips or advice?|||Check this site out. It really helped me alot!|||i did this and lost 28 LBS in 3 wks!!!

it is a fun experience.
i got a juicer and made juice every day for breakfast.
Have fun with it and DRINK A LOT OF WATER!!!!! 1/2 your body weight in water i weigh 200 LBS so i drink 100 OZ's of water a day!!!!

Have fun with it!!! It is a life change|||I've only done the raw fruits and vegetables kind. Drank only water. Everything eaten must be in it's natural form no kind of cooking. I imagine you won't be eating meat for 2 weeks. If it's for weight lost, you will lose. All junk food and candy is a no no.
