It can greatly extend your life span.

Yet we continue taking in dead food, thinking that's a good thing to feed a LIVE person.

Go figure.|||I think genes have more to do with it than anything...

Any diet that doesn't include moderation, and a balance of fats, fibers, proteins, sugars, etc. will do more harm than good.

Longevity is determined by genetics more than food. Look at George Burns.|||I don't know. Where did you hear that? I would think that the way to longevity is to eat healthy, exercise, and keep your body safe from harmful environments.
