And there is also raw vegan, people who eat a diet primarily consisting of whole natural plant foods. Raw foodists eat it all, raw fish,raw veggies,raw fruit,raw milk, even raw eggs and meat(Grrrrrooooossssss)|||Salutations, I thought it was called "live foods" It is a great idea to include as much raw food as possible in your diet. the less processed the better. but if it must be cooked to be eaten safely cook away!
