Is the raw foods diet accepted by Health Canada?...
a reference for the answer (as in a website link, etc.) would b nice.. but if not u could just tell me whether it is or not...
Thanks.
|||I have looked at the website before and I know that they accept vegan diets as being healthy and acceptable, but I don't recall any mention about raw foods diets.
Health Canada's Eating Well Food Guide explains that people should get between 6 and 8 servings of grains each day. Raw Food diets usually use little to no grains, so this may be conflicting. Also, the food guide recommends getting dairy alternatives (presumably vitamin-enriched) so that's something that is not considered raw either.

in general that would include most basic staples in your fresh product category and some fishes.
these are generalized searches for this concern

i can't do much more, i live in america.. and raw is accepted.. with restrictions and precautions.. of course.. and america is a mass processed society IN general that is.
but i eat raw many times.. but it was once fish and now is only a vegetarian raw.
it depends, i don't see how you can have any different... but it depends on the administrations you have in control of the food distribution in your country.
