I read that raw foods can help get rid of dandruff along with more greens.
What are some specific raw foods I could try?|||Raw food is anything that is not cooked or processed in any way.
Fresh fruit and vegetables, seeds, nuts - anything that is not cooked or processed in any way.
So:
- no meat, fish, eggs, chicken, canned or frozen foods
- no junk food such as chips, popcorn, fries, burgers, or pizza
- no milk, cheese or yogurt unless it is unpasteurized (that's hard to find these days)|||Its helping my acne.|||Raw foods diets consist of only foods that are not cooked. Hence, raw. Adding more green leafy veggies to yoru diet are never a bad idea. Some nutrients are actually more available for absorption w/ cooking, not raw, however. So unless you feel like eating like a goat, cook your food. And use Selsun Blue for dandruff.|||raw foods? uncooked veggies like carrots, and fruit, i would think. anything that's not cooked.|||uncooked foods such as vegetables n fruits|||raw foods are any foods that you can eat that have not been prepared at over 120 degrees.
