i'm thinking about changing my diet to the raw foods diet.
does it really make you lose weight fast? and can any of ya'll suggest websites where i can get information? thanks.|||That's great, eating raw food is good, it will maintain all the natural nutrients and minerals inside. But you have to be careful how you go about preparing it.Ensure that all leafy things are cleared of pesticides and others. Organic food is good. Will not encourage you to eat raw meat, which can be harmful to your body if not done properly. All fruits and vegies if eaten raw will benefit our immune system very much, so are high fibre products, like unpolish rice, brown rice, and legumes.
Go ahead, it good for you.|||only eating raw food is very good for you, its what were meant to do. anything that hasnt been cooked or frozen. i want to do it too, im vegan and but i just want bread sometimes but i wanna give it a try. just dont eat raw meat. thats a bad idea. fruits have lots of sugar but its still not bad, as long as you excersie youll lose weight|||Yes, because the stuff is disgusting.
