i was advised to eat raw foods for one week to detoxify my body due. just wondering, approx. how much weight is expected to be lost if it is done for a whole week?|||depends on how many calories you eat and how much exercise you do.if you eat around 1200 calories or so of raw food without exercise my guess is around 2-3lbs maybe depending on your basal metabolic rate.but with exercise maybe more like 5 most would be water weight though.|||If you're serious, maybe 2-7lbs.
