I want to experiment with the Raw Foods Diet, so I was wondering what I can buy product wise at the grocery store or Whole Foods for this diet besides fruits and veggies. Would Ezeikel bread be ok since it is sprouted? And things like that...|||Hey! I've been (mostly) raw for a couple of years now. The sprouted bread isn't really "raw" but it's seen as a transition food, meaning it can help alleviate cravings of unhealthy white bread products.

For more information about raw. Gabriel Cousin's also has some great raw books. I'd recommend staying away from David Wolfe's raw books, however. His books push a lot of expensive supplements and superfoods you don't need.

You don't really need any special products, just a grocery store with lots of fruits and veggies and nuts and seeds and sprouts. You can spend money on "gourmet" raw items found online, like here:

But they're expensive and you don't need them. If it's a whole food and comes from nature, then you're good! It's a simple concept =)|||Useful book for you "12 Steps to Raw Foods: How to End Your Addiction to Cooked Food" by Victoria Boutenko http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001AE4鈥?/a>|||uncooked foods
