I need to lose some weight pronto. I heard about the raw food diet. I think im only gonna try eating only fruits and vegetables though. If I did this for 5 days, how much weight would I lose?|||I once went all raw fruits and vegetables for two days and I lost a pound. If you go raw for five days, you might lose two to three pounds. However, I did eat some types of protein in it. So maybe you could lose more- be careful though, because it is really bad for your body to not have any protein. You might lose lean muscle tissue.|||You would begin to lose weight. It would be hard to say how much weight u would lose if you did it for only 5 days, but you would definitely start losing weight at a good pace at first and then eventually your body would adjust to your most natural weight if you keep it going. If you're doing it temporarily though, then yes, it is a diet and you will begin to lose weight. But if you want to change your lifestyle of eating, you could decide to continue and become a partial raw foodist after the 5 days is over and experience even more benefits.|||you can get a lot of tips about weight loss & raw food.
