I have always had pain/problems. I have been raw for one week only (cheated once) and had the WORST pain ever from cramping yesterday. The day I ate a tuna sandwich on wheat bread...
Is this normal? Detox? Will it be like that next month if I don't cheat?|||I'm not a raw foodist, but I am a vegan. I noticed a drastic difference in my periods once I gave up all dairy products. My period is shorter, lighter and I have less cramps/PMS symptoms.
If you've only been on a raw diet for a week, you will not notice a difference in your first period. You must follow that diet for a couple of months before you notice a difference. I think the third month after going vegan I started to notice the difference in my cycle.
