I am talking about those whom have NOT consumed meat, bread, salt, fish, sugar, honey, soda pops, alcoholic beverages, non-smoking, non-drugs or "getting high", microwaved foods, candies or any pills. Non-processed or pasteurized foods.|||about it you can get information from here http://webmd12.notlong.com/AAxC5In|||Not me, but I know people who've been on that diet. Supposedly their allergies have disappeared.
Enzymes are destroyed when exposed to heat, that's why raw foods are so easily digested.
When enzymes are destroyed = food intolerances.
I wouldn't recommend an "all raw food diet". You would most likely become deficient in vitamin b...
Anything not processed, is fine. "Meat, eggs, honey" They're healthy in moderation.
If you're not going to eat fish, then you should take omega-3 fish oil capsules for cardivasucular health.
The body needs protein and carbohydrates. Surviving on fruit only...that's not healthy. Fruit increases blood sugar levels. You should eat vegetables, meat, and fruit.
India has the shortest life span. Many of them are vegetarians.
Countries that do eat meat, tend to have a greater life span.
