i am really starting to get concerned about ingredients in food i am eating
if i was to move on to raw foods would it just be like eating salad everyday
are their any negative things that could happen to me if i were to only to eat raw foods
i wasnt thinking of doing this as a diet i was thinking of a lifestyle change
have you got any advice for me
thanks for your answers
xxx vici|||I've done it for long periods and am working towards it fulltime but it's very hard and needs to be done slowly. you need to slowly reintroduce it into your diet. I am only doing it part by part to start with and am up to 2 meals a day. You need to get professional nutritional advice, I don't know if I can do it completley as I am getting very tired but if I can get the balance right it might be worth it. To be honest I think even having 50% raw foods may well be enough. My skin looks better, I get out of bed better in the mornings and many of my health problems have disappeared but i'm not 100% convinced that fully raw diet is the healthiest option as of yet. I think everyone's nutritional needs are different so seek professional advice and supervision and take it one step at a time|||never.would not consider it.|||I tried just eating raw food but the meat kept getting stuck between my teeth.|||i saw some people on wife swap and this family all the ate was raw food it was disgusting and the doctors on the show said it was very bad for you.|||i think it would be detrimental to your health if you ate a completely raw diet, not to mention totally boring.fruits and vegetables i always eat raw, as far as possible, as long as you eat a varied and balanced diet, and use fresh, and unprocessed ingrediants, where possible, i wouldnt worry.
