I am looking to really get more into raw foods. What foods would be great to put on my grocery list? I am looking to detox my body and I heard that a raw food diet is great in doing so. Thanks in advance for the advice....|||Here is a link to raw foods recipes..

Do you mean vegetables or meat?

If you do not cook meat/poultry/fish before eating, you might get a terrible stomache

if you mean vegetables, majority of them can be eaten raw like cucumbers,carrots,lettuce, celery.
it is better to eat them raw as after cooking, these vegetables loose their vitamins and nutrition's to the heat.|||most of all vegetables and fruits are able to be eaten raw.|||Any fruits and vegetables that you enjoy eating. Hope you have fun detoxifying.
