Buy toilet paper|||No its lame and annoying.
Cooking food does destroy nutrients, but it also makes food more easily digestible for humans. Some foods such as cashews are highly toxic if not cooked first.
Remember cyanide and strychnine are natural doesn't make em healthy. You can die from too much carrot juice, apple pips, apricot or cherry stones.|||i dont think you should go on a 100% raw food diet.cooked and raw should both be 50% each.our body is able to digest certain foods better when they are cooked.|||certainly. make sure you're getting a balanced diet... know which vegetables give what and include everything in your meal... bon appettite|||Sure as long as you are only eating fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and grains or beans, and nuts. I don't advise raw meats.|||Do the diet you FAT chicken!!!!|||You should not eat raw meat and eggs.It is bad for you.(Thats what my mom said.)|||yes and no if you eat too much of it youll get too sick but a little is okay but hey do wat ya like its your body!|||Yeah many people say that eating raw food is healthy, but don't expect to lose some weight by eating raw food. Eating raw fish (sushi) is good for our health, and eating raw veggies is better than cooked ones because you won't lose the vitamins in it|||Depends on your body. I would suggest finding out as much as you can about it before starting. I think you might find the following sites helpful. Good luck with what ever you decide to do.

I have lost a lot of weight eating mostly raw foods. I also eat one cooked egg every day and four ounces of other protein (meats are cooked) - everything else is raw - occasionally I have a cooked bran muffin.
Again, good luck. :O)
