tion on the foods you can and cant eat? and has eating raw foods helped you in any way?|||Raw food helped a great deal- my allergies and sinus problems are gone, no more headaches or depression, I only need six hours of sleep, and when I wake up, I'm actually awake.

I eat fruits, vegetables, nut and seeds, and anything I can make by combining those. A typical day would be: smoothie for breakfast, (fresh squeezed oj, frozen bananas, agave nectar) veggies and cashew ranch for lunch, a Lara Bar for a snack, and a nut burger on onion bread or guacamole on flax seed tostadas for dinner.

A good trial book would be Jennifer Cornbleet's "Raw Food Made Easy."
If you wanted something more comprehensive, "The Complete Book of Raw Food" is an excellent resource.

I live in the north... and eating a raw diet... not exactly cheap in the winter... but in the spring and summer months we have lots in our garden to choose from. If we don't eat it raw we stir fry it. Our kids will just hang out in the garden in the summer eating stuff... every thing we planted is edible from the veggies to the flowers, so they have lots of fun.

Ann Wigmore is no longer alive, but she had some great books. You can also look up the author John H. Tobe. Also no longer around, but great books too. You can find them used on places like abebooks.com or your local used book shop perhaps.|||I just bought this book yesterday, its called Raw food, real world. - Maybe you could go to a book store and see what they have a read a bit? - check it out.
