Specifically. |||Sorry, slightly off topic……………..

Even though you may think that Raw Vegan is restrictive and boring, it really isn’t once you look into it and start doing it.

It is the best thing I have ever done for my health and general well-being.

It has cured me of several supposedly “incurable” (or so the doctor told me) health issues:

Psoriasis
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Depression and Anxiety Attacks
Ulcerative Colitis
Reversed a Diabetics Threat

Doctors have always told me that the above would need me to take lifelong drugs or have surgery.

I can only presume that my doctor failed to tell me about the importance of diet in relation to illness because doctors and multi-national pharmacy companies can’t make money from it!! Cynical yes, but this explanation makes perfect sense.

But all of the above health issues have gone away without the use of drugs and surgery, simply by switching to a Raw Vegan lifestyle.

I have also lost weight (that previously would not shift)
My complexion is clear and glowing
My skin is soft
My hair is soft and shiny
My eyesight has improved for the first time in 38 years
I am sleeping better. I am meditating better.
And best of all (given my previous exhaustion) I now have an abundance of energy.

So to answer you question, specifically you would eat:

Fresh Raw Fruit
Fresh Raw Vegetables
Fresh Raw Sprouts
Fresh Raw Nuts

However, the recipes you can make from this little lot (plus a few other selected raw ingredients) are really amazing:

The Raw Vegan puddings and deserts are sensational and have to be tasted to be believed.

There are loads of Raw Vegan recipes on the web. Do a google search for more.

Daily I consume: fruit, vegetables, raw soups, home-made vegetable juice, green smoothies, salads (although I also have cooked sweet potato in it). I also have things like raw chocolate, date & nut tarts, raw pumpkin pie with nut creams, ice fruit "creams", nibble mix consisting of organic dried fruit, nuts and seeds. Plus much more.
