Some experts recommend mostly raw foods for nutrition.
Other experts recommend cooking all foods for digestibility.

I'm about 75% raw foods and stay away from corporate packaged foods as much as possible.

What's your take on this controversy?|||sometimes thing gotta be cooked for safety and of course to prevent a sore stomach from indigestible foods but I think raw is sometimes good for snacking but mainly I would prefer coked for meals
