Obviously, I'm not going to eat raw pork or chicken.
But what about veggies? I like to eat steamed vegetables, is that really "killing" the vitamins in them?|||The less you do to fresh fruit and veggies the better.
The ultimate power packed eating would be right off the vine, tree, stalk or right out of the ground.
Any heat added will decrease it's nutritional value.
Shorter the cooking, steaming or stir frying the better.
If the only way you get the veggies into you is by steam, by all means keep it up.
You will lose some nutriments but you just have to eat more to make up for it.|||Raw vegetables and fresh fruit are very healthy to eat. I just cantaloupe smoothie...
