Fruit and raw nuts are great.
Most vegetables are fine raw.
Cruciferous vegetables, like broccoli, cauliflower, and cabbage release their nutrients in a form that is easier to absorb in the digestive tract. Always better to steam than boil to retain nutrients.|||well i like raw broccoli better than cooked broccoli, and if this also pertains to cold food, then i also prefer cold pizza to hot pizza.
