lets say i go from eating fries and pasta,and sodas,,.... to going to water,fruit and veggies all day. what are the feelings i will be getting from this?|||with fruits like apples you will feel fuller, at about 50 calories each.
fruits like bananas have about 100 calories and a lot of natural sugar, which will make your blood sugar spike, etc, etc.
root vegetables like potatoes, beets, and radishes have a lot of carbs, so eat them sparingly.

bottom line is:
you'll need to eat enough fruits and veggies to get the recommended amount of calories in a day, but overall you'll probably lose weight and feel more energized.|||shock and awe! :)

Honestly, you;ll have more sustained energy, and be able to do more, longer. Junk food is high fat, high GI sugar rush. Feels nice for about 20 minutes to an hour... then your hungry again.
