I'm 5'4, about 125 lbs at the most, and 17 years old. I would only eat foods that basically have ONE ingredient; Natural foods. I also exercise for about 30-45 minutes at least 4 days a week. So how much weight would I lose if i did this for 30 days?|||Depends how much raw food you eat; calories are still claories, whether they're raw or cooked.

Try tracking your food on sparkpeople.com - if you enter your stats and goals and how much exercise you do, they'll tell you how many calories you can eat to reach your ideal weight. I lost 40lbs this way, and it's free!|||Of course, as I know you've heard, it depends on your body, your metabolism, the intensity of your workout, etc.

I've tried this before, actually, and I have to say it works wonders. Eating raw fruits and vegetables for 30 days (apples, especially) leaves you feeling cleansed and refreshed. It's also great for your skin.

I'm 5'3, weigh about 107 lbs, and exercise regularly. During the summer I eat mostly raw fruits (because I'm too lazy to cook anything) and just snack on apples, occasionally peanut butter for protein, and raw carrots and salads.

I loose about 2 pounds every week on this diet, so in a month you'd lose about 8 pounds. You have to understand though, it's a slow natural cleansing process your body undergoes, and you have to take it slowly and keep hydrated. I suggest though, not to eat ONLY fruits. You need substantial and filling nutrients such as protein, I suggest eating peanut butter or drinking soy milk.

If you're used to a high-calorie diet with lots of meat and carbs, then it's going to be difficult, especially if you crave those foods. Once you past the first week without junk food, it goes a lot smoother.

Good luck! This diet, if executed properly, is natural, healthy, and leaves you feeling overall, replenished :)|||switching to an all-natural, raw vegan diet will melt the fat off of you quicker than anything! And your skin will be GLOWING & you will have so much energy! Don't give into cravings for junk that you may have in the first few days. And if you don't feel so well the first few days, thats GOOD- it means your body is detoxing! After that its smooth sailing & a much better, healthier, fitter life :)

5'4, 125 pounds sounds like you would have very little body fat & a nice healthy thin body. But maybe you have a body composition with extra fat? Is that why you want to lose weight? If you DO have fat to lose, going raw will get rid of it super fast. When your body gets the perfect amount of thin (not creepy ugly thin, only hot-fit thin I believe!) you will maintain that perfect weight on raw food :)

Idk the exact # of pounds but keep going how you are- you are making a great choice!|||I think it depend on your body, but why would you want to lose weight? I gone to a doctor I'm 5'4 also and she told me that for 5'4 I should be 125 lbs. I'm 150 lbs and losing 10 lbs every week with 1 hour exercise and and 3 liter of water every day and a diet (not raw) and medicine.
