How does it work?|||Yes, I have, and personally i found it great. I was on the raw food diet for three months last year. My skin cleared up, i had a lot of energy, i felt great! ( I had to give it up because i visited Europe for the summer, and i had to eat what i got). I still do it from time to time, sometimes i go for days or weeks without eating anything cooked, however, my boyfriend loves restaurants, so i always end up breaking it somehow. This lady has been on the diet for over 20 years! She looks amazing for over 40. I met her in person; not a wrinkle or blemish anywhere!|||the raw food real world cookbook is a great book that has really good recipes that are all raw. The food has very good but this kind of lifestyle is not easy and takes time to convert.

http://www.amazon.com/Raw-Food-Real-Worl鈥?/a>|||I'm not sure if you're asking for personal opinion or not, but I do not find it very appetizing. I am in transition into becoming a Vegetarian and we have a Raw Foods bar in our town.
Some foods are edible, while others... well, I have difficulty with.
Their rule of thumb is not to heat anything past the maximum temperature that the sun would naturally warm it to. Somewhere between 110 and 115 degrees.
