Has anyone switched from cooked foods to raw foods?
I heard not only will you lose weight eating raw , uncooked (vegetables & fruits) only that not only will you lose weight but have the best skin of your life. Would appreciate some feed back|||yes its true.|||Yes, it is true about the raw foods diet. I started it about a month ago, and everyone is noticing differences. Skin is the first thing people noticed. I used to have TERRIBLE mood swings, but now i barely have them. And your eyes look clearer!

|||Wow, you guys are all wrong. Cooking actually helps many foods to improve their nutritional level, tomatoes, broccolli and cauliflower are but 3 examples. A light steam is the best way. You will give up on raw soon enough so....whatever!|||Yes, it is true. Like anything else, though, you need to eat in moderation. But raw veggies and fruits are excellant for their nutrient value but also for the ease with which they pass through the body. Other raw forms of foods, dairy products and meats I would have cooked until done.

With the recent outbreak of E-coli I would wash completely any vegetables, especially leafy greens and rooted veggies. Fruits I would check for blemishes to see if there are any breaks in the skin. These breaks could show insect infestation or worms.|||i think you should gradually switch to raw veggies and fruits; so your body want go into shock you need protein from the other food groups. so i would say if you want to detox your body try it for a week. Hope this helps.
